Detailed Features
Administrative Module This module is where all administrative tasks are performed. Here administrator can define access roles, user ids for users who will be accessing the data, configure system, setup and manage security rights, define all product details like various prices, PV (Points Value) values etc.
Various flexible screens to view hierarchy details Intelli Pyramid comes with numerous screens to view/analyze distributor hierarchy details. You can view the hierarchy as "Family Tree" or as "Organization Chart". Under "Family Tree" view all details are shown in grid format with down line distributors indented as shown below.
This view is completely flexible, you can view the hierarchy by distributor's name, his unique id or any other detail. You can view the entire tree or the down line details of any particular distributor. You can even print it, save it into xls sheet, copy to clip-board, save as xml file etc. (Click the image to view bigger screen shot).
"Organization Chart" allows you to view the hierarchy details in a graphical form as shown below.
This view is also complete flexible, it shows various distributors as shapes (Rectangle, Round Rectangle, Diamond, Circle, Ellipse). You can associate any shape with each possible designation/rank a distributor can have along with size and back ground color. Entire chart will be shown as per the settings defined.
Distributor Purchase & Sales Return These are the modules which capture distributors purchase details and full/partial sales return if any. Appropriate Point Values (PVs) are immediately adjusted for the distributor doing purchase/sales return. There is real time check on available stock quantity and stock adjustments are done immediately.
Inventory Management There is comprehensive Inventory management, tracks all products sold, stocks adjustments, returned and provides various reports. System automatically adjusts stock when various operations like deducting quantity of the products purchased by any distributor etc. You can view up to date total stock available for any product at any moment. Accurate & fast compensation computations This is where we specialize and we pay most of the attention. With our experience we have developed fast and reliable algorithms to analyze the data stored in a hierarchical format and compute compensation values for all distributors. Though this part is customized for each implementation, we can assure you best possible quality.
Numerous views to verify compensation details Some of the compensation computations require very complex analysis of the data right from first distributor at the top to the last distributor at the bottom of the entire hierarchy. Many times it is impossible/impractical to do it manually. We just do not dump the final result of the analysis. Instead we guarantee that every bit of the detail which will be required to verify and confirm the computation will be recorded and presented in best possible format to assist verification.
Range printing of Reports/Checks After each compensation plan computation it is common to print summary reports for each distributor. Intelli Pyramid allows you to print summary report & optionally even payment vouchers for all or selected distributors with just a few key strokes. No need to spend time in printing each report one by one or by manually preparing payment vouchers. Intelli Pyramid even allows you to print bank checks as well. Just tear all checks from the check-book and keep it in your printers tray. Select all or specific distributors and system will print the checks with distributor's name, amount in figures and words, date etc. With built in designer you can customize size and position of all element to be printed on the check (including 2 cross lines on upper left corner & line to strike through
Auto promotion of distributors Every MLM company has a well defined set of rules which entitle any distributor to be promoted to higher ranks/designations. These rules can be configured in Intelli Pyramid and system will review these rules after each purchase/sales return. If any criteria is satisfied then the distributor is automatically promoted and all necessary details are logged at the time of promotion which can be viewed at any later dates. No need to manually perform or initiated promotion checking! System even automatically demotes distributors incase of products purchased by him/her are returned back.
Fast Start Promotion feature Sometimes a MLM company might have any promotional period during which any new distributor can possibly be promoted to higher rank if he achieves certain target. Typical example will be in X'mas month if any distributor can do a Group PV of X then he will be promoted to 15%. These are known as "Fast Start Promotions". Intelli Pyramid allows defining Fast Start Rules along with its validity period, system checks for such rules and promotes well deserving distributors as per the rules.
Minimum Rank feature There could be certain exceptional fast start scenarios which cannot be defined in the system or certain distributor need to be promoted to higher ranks/designations for certain reason. In these scenarios Minimum Rank feature comes handy. Just select any distributor and define minimum rank the distributor should have. System will ensure that the distributor always holds the minimum rank or any other higher ranks. These rules can be edited or removed at any point of time which might cause the distributor's rank to be demoted.
Multi-user access System is designed for multi-user access right from the beginning. Each user access into the system is password protected.
Robust Security Features Intelli Pyramid has exhaustive security features. You can define user access roles and define rights for each roles. Each system user is assigned a role and thus is bound by the access rights defined for his/her role. These rights can be overridden for any particular user. It is possible to define View, Edit, Insert, Delete rights for each screen in the product. And View (or generate), Print access rights for each report in the system. Besides system grants minimum possible privileges for all users e.g. audit log and other logs like promotion/demotion history is added and never modified/deleted. Such database tables have their UPDATE & DELETE rights revoked for all users which will prevent even administrator to update or delete log entries from the system.
Accountability Features Access to the Intelli Pyramid system is password protected and each user is allowed to perform tasks as per access rights assigned to him/her or to his/her role. Each change to the data is saved along with id of the user performing the change which can be helpful for accountability. System records detailed audit trail of the critical information. This feature allows system to always provide details like who did the changes and when. Also for critical data it can even show exactly what was changed.
Plenty of customizable reports Intelli Pyramid offers plenty of customizable reports. Product is shipped with a report designer which allows you to customize almost every report in the product. Besides every grid shown in the entire program can be printed or copied to clip board or saved as xls/xml files.
